All the towing companies information and contact information should be available on a police report but they refuse to pay for the damages. The innocent parties insurance did attempt to contact the towing company to get them to pay for damages which ended up falling flat. The total damage was over $19,000 It also appears that this towing company has had similar issues with other vehicle owners. The vehicle owner here in this case said they're aware of other owners that had similar issues and they have their contact information. So there is a possible opportunity for a class action lawsuit.
